Abstract Submission Deadline
Please ensure your abstract is submitted no later than August 15, 2025. (Taiwan time: GTC+8) 

🔶 September 1 (Mon.)
Abstract Acceptance Announcement
Notifications regarding abstract acceptance will be released on this date. Please check your email for further instructions if your abstract is selected.

🔶 September 30 (Tue.)
Early Bird Registration Closes
Take advantage of the discounted early bird registration rate by completing your registration by this deadline.

🔶 October 1 (Wed.)
Regular Registration Opens
Standard registration will begin on this date for all participants.
